My cooking days fast approach, and I'm completely out of ideas. What the heck should I make for dinner tomorrow?

Make gnocchi. Basically all you need is flour, potatoes and eggs, and they're extremely tasty and filling. Great for this time of year, particularly with that lovely spaghetti sauce of yours.

Oh, how I hate that question. I literally have every low cholesterol cookbook my public library has out right now, to look for new ideas.

Tonight is old standby oven fried catfish: 4 catfish fillets soaked in buttermilk with a quarter of a teaspoon of hot paprika for a half hour, then breaded with cornflake crumbs and cornmeal, and baked on parchment paper at 425F for around 20 minutes.

Meat and veggie pie. Very simple, very tasty. Brown a ground meat of your choice; mix with a can of veggies and a can of cream-of-something soup; add pepper blend to taste; put in a dish with pie dough beneath and pie dough on top (the boxes of pie dough come in twos!); cook at 400 until crust browns. Delicious.

Chilli. Chorizo chilli for bonus points. It tastes better if you misspell it.

I had some really delicious risotto with chicken and peas today; how about that?

Huh, we always do something-stirfry (tofu, chicken, yakiniku meat, whatever is on hand) and rice. A little ginger, garlic, and onions in the beginning, stirfry stuffs, then finish with soy sauce and sugar or teriyaki. Quick and tasty.
But, recently I've been making galettes. Also good. :)

Errrgh. Tried to log in and it died on me. As I was saying, all sorts of crockpot recipies for all sorts of food, and all of them gluten-free, if that matters to you. If not, the food's still pretty good, and crockpot cooking is SO EASY.
