I only hope that this movie isn't as openly stupid as the first one. I know I'm committing an eSin by saying that, but I swear to God that first Transformers movie was the dumbest movie I've ever seen, and I'm an MST3K fangirl.

I love the hell out of the first one, but I really cannot argue with you at all--it was tremendously stupid. It made PotC look intelligent.

However, I am actually hoping it will be as spectacularly stupid as the first. I don't really watch these things for the intellectual stimulation, after all. ;)

Have you seen the MST of Transformers? It may be the answer to all your prayers.
