Still doing the strike. I don't actually expect this to do anything, but glaring angrily at SUP for a day will at least send the message.

My post in cleolinda's LJ explains some of my position on this.

Her post here actually contains what I think would be a far more viable strategy to affect change.

As a brief sum up: they don't look at daily data, only weekly. Also, you're dealing with a company operating in a Russian formerly Soviet corporate culture learning how American style capitalism works. The 'strike' won't even register with them.

That's just my opinion though.

I agree with her post that there needs to be discussion--which is why I'm only doing this for a day. Like I said, I don't expect MUCH to get done. However, they're aware of the strike, and that we are displeased, and that's all I really want to do is let them know that I was annoyed and I don't want them to do it like that again. I will send messages explaining why after the stunt silence.
