Today’s topic is: the weather.
Seriously, that’s what everyone is talking about. For some reason today looks like November, with the iron-greyness I’ve mentioned in a previous entry, and the rain and the wind, but it’s all muggy. Heavy and warm and humid and kinda ugly. And aggressive. The trees, no longer satisfied with letting their leaves drift gently to the ground, have moved on to actively pelting us with them.
And the campus decided to rot.
Nobody’s cleared away the fallen foliage, and now that it’s warm and humid, it’s like going to school at a giant compost heap. Especially the fruity trees. God, I have to walk around ’em.
