Getting to play with a coworker's 2-month-old baby. He loves to "walk"--as in, you hold him above the ground and he tries to do the stepping reflex (I guess that's harder in a kid after the first six weeks?) and you walk him across the floor. He gets this "AWW YEAH WE'RE DOIN THIS" look. It's great.

Goddammit, you set off my baby rabies.

Half my ability to think is now off floating through the ether, going "Gee, I want a baby" despite knowing that while I might eventually want a baby, having a baby right now is not a thing that is financially feasible.
