Still Soda-ing

Trying sarsaparilla soda again.* I was planning to do just straight root beer, but dang sassafras is expensive, and I only had a little of it anyway. Soda Valhalla had a pretty good sarsaparilla (Boothill, I think it was?--I'll check tomorrow), so I have some idea what it's supposed to taste like.

I think I'm also gonna try peach ginger ale again. Dad seemed to like it, since he's into Moscow Mules as his cocktail of choice this summer. And I'm a sucker for a good peach soda, so it'll be worth a shot.
