I like Redshirts, yes, but it seems a little bit too bummed out to be elevated into greatness. I prefer Voltaire's Star Trek songs--The USS Make Shit Up is so much fun to sing. And, of course, there's The Sexy Data Tango ...
This one popped up a few years ago and then disappeared for a while--but not before causing me to forever associate the song 9 to 5 with those poor hardworking redshirts.
