local to new york ones, usually, which irritate the shit out of me when I'm home but I get nostalgic and homesick for when I'm in MA:

Local to MA:

"Go to Gary, the best doggone place to buy a car!"
"Come home to big Y!" (mostly only annoying because it rips off John Mellancamp's Small Town so much I'm amazed he hasn't sued)

At least in the northeast, but possibly everywhere:

"1-877-KARS4KIDS... K-A-R-S-kars4kids..." murder has been actively threatened for singing this one out loud.
