We have achieved Winter!

And as the snow settles around our house, a slightly better mood settles around me—I’ve never known why, but hey, who’s complaining? Sometimes I really love living on a mountain.

Hehe, this is something like the fourth post on my FList this week that's totally sounded like something out of Transmet :D

We've actually been in what passes for Winter around here for several weeks now: 40F and Raining. And I'm totally happy with that :)

I only like snow when I don't have to go out in it.

Sitting inside, watching with a cup of Cocoa? Great. Going for a bit of a walk in it on my day off, before retiring to my Apartment, a hot shower, and the aforementioned cup of Cocoa? Also great. Having to slog through it to work, dodging the idiots who don't know how to drive in it? Not so much. The Winters here are a substantial part of why I live in Cascadia.
