Babysitting

So what did I do last night? Well, I spent my time getting schooled by an almost-four-year-old on the difference between a bulldozer, a digger, and a front loader.

There's a difference. Who knew.

I've only babysat a handful of times, as generally I do not like children much. The most babysitting I did was for neighbors when we lived in the hill country, because I thought those two particular kidlets were fairly full of win.

Fortunately their mother was also amazingly full of win, and forgave me after her youngest woke up late one night and toddled into the living room where I was watching MTV, and apparently memorized the main chorus line of Nine Inch Nails' opus "Closer".

Yeah. The "I Want to fuck you like an animal" part.

And here I thought a "digger" was a generic term, the type of over simplification used by four-year-ol...wait a minute.

The type of over simplification used by me when i'm acting like a four year old, because I don't care.
