A Poem:

 

When I Am An Old Woman

I shall join the Red Hat Society

And then wear green

And see if those old biddies get it.

 

(Found that sitting on the end of one of my documents, which I use like post-its.  Probably written while I worked at the hospital, which contained far too many of the Red Hat Society sort.)

Ooh, I love it! I love it so much that I called and read it to mom, who loves the original poem but sees that the society misses the point. It made her giggle!
