bloodyrosemccoyLast year I had the poor judgment to get my usual short-short pixie cut on October 11, which caused some confusion. But anyway! Yay for those of you struggling with social stigmas ~ may people stop being morons and realize that s'all good.
For the record, tomorrow is International Moment of Frustration Scream Day, according to holidays.net. Not quite as cool as International Talk Like A Pirate Day, but you take what you can get.
And I don't know if people count Yom Kippur as being tomorrow or the next day, since it starts at sundown. And I can't really say "Happy Yom Kippur," since it's a day of atonement, or "May G-d forgive you," since I'm an atheist and think a lot of religion is nonsense, but I hope that your reflections are fruitful and that you find it satisfying, whatever that means to you.
