Also, I'd say Michael Caine only THOUGHT he died. Same goes for Robin/Tiny Tim. It had not yet come to pass. So, yeah, only hypothetically. Can we count Marley and Marley, or were they already dead and thus in a different category? And are we counting humans AND Muppets, or just Muppets?
But either way, Caine also makes the World's Best Scrooge. Say what you will, those Muppet movies cast their humans well.
