This makes me wonder about Leia's abilities. Force sensitives can obviously do a fair amount on instinct, and even if she's never had training, at this point she's had a lot of experience of just being herself. I bet she uses the Force unconsciously all the time, and is pretty good at stuff like clairvoyance and the Jedi mind trick, which are helpful skills in her position.
