Haven't tried cucumber yet, but I hear good things about it.
The birch beers I've tried tasted extremely wintergreen. The stuff I made was not at all like that, though--as previously mentioned, that was the Ent-draught.I think I'm goinna have to try the recipe again. I THINK I liked it better, but I'm still not sure.
