I'll have you know that I can go around in an Indiana winter wearing shorts, short sleeves, and sandals (albeit with socks), and I was born in California and lived there almost my entire life. I did not see snow until I was 27.
I had ice crystals forming on my beard and I still didn't feel like I had to break out the pants.
