*grin* Yeah, diaries as narrative devices aren't even CLOSE to resembling real diaries. I kept one from fourth grade until--well, till I started this blog, really--and it was pretty broken up, nonlinear, repetitive, and boring. There are a few things that came out great, but there was a lot of junk, too.
