I am glad that you were pleased with the options. I do feel regretful for literally "Othering" people, but I struggled to find terms that were both inclusive and specific. So I tried to create a space where people could define themselves - or not, as the choice might be.
I have had several respondents express appreciation of this section of the survey, and my answer to that is mostly that I regret that more surveys don't have these options.
