Oh, you have my sympathies. Our pollen count thingy is a 9.8 out of 10 (go look at the national map - I'm smack-dab in the red zone). Add in my smokaholic roomies, and ... ugh.
I'm out of tea but I think I'll go take a nice hot steamy shower and see if I can degunk my head.
