I'm firmly in the zucchini-lovers camp (not lover *that* way, you perv!). Raw zucchini with a bit of Ranch dressing? Yummy. Cooked zucchini, added to casseroles - divine. You can even shred it up and use it in cole slaw for a little bit of difference.
