bloodyrosemccoyI’m sure you all will be very pleased to hear that I do not have diabetes. Nor are my thyroid or adrenal glands broken. So, probably, it is indeed PCOS.
So, in order to continue not to have diabetes, I’m under orders to start up the South Beach Diet again. I refuse to do Phase 1, so instead I am going to take the Captain Barbossa approach to this diet and use it more like guidelines.
Which isn’t really so bad. Some of the recipes in the cookbook Mom got sound terrific. I’ve got one all lined up for Monday, even. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
