Wow and awesome. You know, I'm not sure if it was that exhibit or another one, but there was an exhibit with slices of bodies that came around here last year. I meant to go see it, but somehow between the cost and the time and me feeling a bit shaky, I never managed it. Still, I've been curious ever since I saw a TV special on the whole thing. Next time I get a chance, I'm going to see it fore sure. And with any luck I'll come up with some stuff to say that's half as clever as yours :)
Not sure I could handle the fetus section, though. Those things creep me out. I hate those pictures in biology books and so on-- maybe because I associate fetus photos so much with pro-lifers.
