I'm kind of jealous of all of you that got to do gifted programs wherever you were. I didn't and I'm still a little bitter. I was tested in 3rd grade, and off the charts (of course, the charts only go to 12th grade, beyond that and you are just "post high school" for reading and comprehension. I scored very high on the 2nd section that I can't remember. Something about logical thinking, I think. But, I can't do puzzles at all, especially then. So, because I didn't score high enough on all 3 sections, I didn't get in. My bitterness toward jigsaw puzzles and tanagrams is still seething in my heart.
