Your Daily Dose of D'aww

Well, I don’t know about the rest of us chumps, but over at [livejournal.com profile] miastreehouse Kyōko seems to be wrapping up an excellent August!

Okay, yeah, I had to repost here because she’s so gosh darn cute. And yes, the Samantha doll she’s got there is now Enola Holmes, because Kyōko loves mysteries. Enola-themed outfits may get made, although sewing shit that tiny is HARD.

And yes, Enola’s series is terrific to the end. It was enough to satisfy this Holmes nerd, too!

sewing that tiny is fun--it's human-sized stuff that's hard!

*grin* I sew mainly stuff for 18" dolls, and in the rare instances I try sewing big things I am always totally thrown off by how VAST it seems. MY GOD DOES THIS HEM EVER END?

The 4" dolls are difficult to sew for, though--especially Enola's elaborate networks of clothing. It's hard to fit everything in there.
