Not Jingles, as such, but Bicycle Race by Queen is pretty earwormy, and I managed to earworm my entire office with Highway to the Danger Zone a couple of weeks ago just by mentioning that I had it stuck in my head.

Fuck. Just nailed myself with both of them at once :P
