Well, if you're overweight then general exercise helps because you lose excess adipose tissue from everywhere, including breasts. You can't get rid of the glandular tissue, though--but the good news is exercises that strengthen your pectorals (bench pressing, push-ups, chest press, arm rotations, etc.) will also help build up support for the breasts.
