Having experienced my first DC "snow emergency" via car, I will point out that while Obama is undeniably correct, it is not the general populace that doesn't know how to deal with snow, it's the road maintenance people. I mean, seriously? When it snows, major highways are should be plowed and salted, not looked at with the attitude of "OH NOES THERE IS SOME PRECIPITATION!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!"
