it means whore-son or son of a whore, something like that. Syn Sljuxi* according to a scholarly translation.
Now I'm not quite sure how to pronounce it, mind you. I end up reading more than I do speaking and that includes English.
*The second S is one with one of those u shaped things over it so it's more of an sh sound
