Thanks! And well-spotted with the cat reference--the first time I did a patchwork dye job, I brought Ed the Hairbender a few photos of tortoiseshell cats for reference. It was a lot more muted and dappled and, well, tortoiseshell-y. I liked it so much I used it in a story, but I also like the flame colors a lot!
