I got kind of resentful of DW just because everyone suddenly started declaring it MOAR BETTERER and leaving, and I couldn't see a difference.

And yes, if they aren't in the LJ interface it's harder to find them, figure out how to comment, etc. I do have a harder time tracking them down, and it often seems like leaving LJ is some sort of challenge or an attempt to block people.

I always figured there'd be an ebb and flow with each person's individual blog--but the all at once thing is sort of a shock.
