Man, I was all up in the Power Rangers for the first season or two. I think I stopped around the time the movie came out.

It was a pretty daft show all around, but I give 'em points for introducing me not just to martial arts, but to the idea that you're supposed to use it as self-defense and never as offense.

Granted, then they'd go around beating the shit out of monsters, but I still took away that lesson.
