Her Nickname Is "Bubbles"

So I’m sitting here typing up my story, without headphones for once, and suddenly the ambient bubbling noise emanating from the end of my bed gets broken with a thunderous, throat-searing WARNK.

I would be more sympathetic to my cat’s snore-inducing seasonal allergies if her year-round tendency to sleep on my face didn’t induce a certain amount of snoring of its own.

Koshka snored, but it was terminally cute. The drooling was less cute, but not her fault--when her right eye socket was sewn shut, it lifted up her lip so her little fang showed all the time, and when she got emotional there was a definite drooling problem.

Our cat doesn't snore, but it would be a fine justice for the way he walks into any room with someone sleeping at 6 in the morning and then sits on that person's face in order to wake them up. I have learned to keep my door closed. Of course, then he wakes you up by howling to be let in, but it's a lesser of two evils thing.
