Dude I know what you mean about the long hair. Mine used to be as short as this icon would imply. It was that way from the time I was ten or so through high school and the first part of college. It was so easy to take care of. And somewhere along the line, I decided to start growing it out. It is shoulder length and I have NO CLUE what I'm doing with it; I just keep growing it in the vain hope that I'll have an idea someday. At least I can french braid it to keep it out of my face now, which was one disadvantage of the short hair when it started growing out...

Of course, people assumed I was a boy during Freshman and Sophomore year of high school, but I attribute that more to my manner of dress than anything else.
