I'd be less inclined to add that--not everyone's a reader, fair enough--except that the older one went on and on about how weird I was for having read so many books. And when I'd recommend books to her, her first response was always "How big is it? I don't read books that are really big." Her idea of "big" is The Secret Garden.

Not to mention that when you're going to annoy me in other ways, I'm more likely to find fault where I'd forgive someone else. No real excuse for that--there you go. *shrug*
