I am curious though - why midterms and not finals? Are you on a quarter or six-week system?

I just finished grading my finals. It took an iced mocha and two cups of chamomile tea. I had to get off the stimulants when I found myself wanting to stab myself in the eye. Six students wrote essays that were word-for-word from Wikipedia, two tried to fake it on readings-based questions, and then there was the student who had one of those only-on-finals emergencies. Sigh.

Tomorrow I get chocolate, and then on payday I get something new for Kaya, so it's all good.
