I know what you mean. People are stupid. You're in Utah, yes? Every year at the start and usually throughout, there are stories about makeing your pool safe in AZ. But they don't treat it like, remember this from last year? They are like "BREAKING NEWS!! KIDS DROWN WHEN YOU DON'T FENCE YOUR POOL!".....duh. If you're not fencing your pool in with kids, it's another example of someone who needs to hand those kid of to CPS.
