About the Liberry... Oooh I wish libraries were free, here. We always have to pay - you can get a small subscription but then you have to pay € 0,25 per book checked out, or get a bigger subscription and not pay extra. Only kids get free library passes. And the fees are different per library. I'd love a free library system.
Though, in this time of cutbacks and economic prudence, I'm sure the library subsidies would be the first to go, and then we'd be back at libraries charged money for their services...
