Scene: The Fortress of Terror.  Liz and Amelia are colleging.  Liz has completed a paper, and is now wrestling with her contrary printer.

 

Printer: KLUNK! snarfsnarfsnarf

 

Liz: %&$#!

 

(Liz disengages printer and goes in headfirst)

 

Liz: Aha! There’s a pushpin lodged in there!  I knew there was something!

Do you have a magnet?

 

Amelia: No. But I dreamed I was a magnet last night!

 

Liz: …

 

Amelia: I guess that doesn’t really help, does it?

 

Liz: No, not really.

 

Amelia: Then try the tweezers in my medicine cabinet.

 

Liz: Ooh! Thanks!

 

 

It worked. The printer now purrs like a kitten, and she expressed her feelings toward the pushpin by flinging it in the trash can. All is well.
